Whether it be due to physical or mental health reasons, many of us have been turning towards a more mindful, intentional lifestyle. Many times this involves removing toxins from our daily lives, and part of that is from consuming organic food and drinks.

On a personal level, I was also informed by a specialist that I needed to adopt a dairy-free diet, for health reasons. In doing so, I have been trying new food which means developing new recipes or updating recipes. I plan on sharing the recipes that taste good and go over well with my family.
